The olive tree is a very important plant for biodiversity, it represents the history of the peoples of the Mediterranean Sea, an evergreen plant, which gives an essential food for Mediterranean cuisine, the oil.

In Sicily there are cultivars of the highest excellence, we produce the Moresca cultivar, typical of the area. The oil we get is delicate, it goes well both raw and cooked in combination with fish. Our olive trees are located around our vineyards which are cultivated in biodynamic agriculture, the olives are harvested exclusively by hand, pressed within six hours from collection and the extraction of the final product is performed in cold.
