Our wines come only from the grapes from our vineyards, grown according to the biodynamic method. Our vineyards, all around the cellar, are divided into 18 parcels based on the unique characteristics of their soils. The only plot that we have not planted is that of Archimede, a small vineyard over 70 years old: a heritage of great importance for the historical memory of the Nero d’Avola variety and for its archaic characteristic of biodiversity, with different fruit trees and olive trees immersed in the “impupato” sapling training system which is typical of the Pachino area.
