It is emotion, joy, astonishment.<br \/>\u00c8ureka comes from two vineyards of different clones, spurred cordon chardonnay. A vineyard is cultivated on limestone gray soils, along a \u201csaia\u201d (water drains, built by the Arabs) which gives it cooler and more humid temperatures; the other vineyard is on deep, fresh clay-black soils. EUREKA is a wine with its own identity, which clearly reflects the territory in which the vines are cultivated. It does not confer typical variegated notes, but it expresses the aromas and flavors typical of this south-eastern Sicily area. The grapes, are vinified in steel tanks with the skins, for about fifteen days, it matur in the steel tanks eighteen months with continuous B\u00e2tonnage, carried out according to the moon phases.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<style>\n#text-582023268 {\n  text-align: left;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"max-width:100%;height:1px;\"><\/div>\n\t<div id=\"text-1171433180\" class=\"text\">\n\t\t\n<p>We wanted to identify this wine with the image of an Artemisia leaf, a spontaneous medicinal plant that we often find adjacent to our vineyards.
