Rosso di Contrada
Conca

This is the first Nero d'Avola vineyard planted by us, it assumes a hollow shape, where the winds are channeled giving a constant change of air. It extends for three and a half hectares, exposed to East and North, cultivated with spurred cordon on very fine soil texture calcareous white soil. The wine obtained from this plot is distinguished by an exuberant freshness with the typical hints of cherry and red pulp fruit, full and pulpy. It ferments in steel, with a maceration of at least twenty days, followed by one year maturation in stainless steel tanks and about six months of bottle aging.
